Child ratios depend on the individual needs of a child or young person.
All staff are qualified in childcare and/or playwork and their qualifications are in line with OFSTED requirements. It is company policy that all staff have access to relevant training where appropriate.
As a 'not-for-profit' organisation it is not SNOOP policy to take in as high a number of children as possible on any one play/care scheme - instead the numbers are dictated by the needs of the individual children and young people each day.
In line with Health & Safety Law and Fire Risk Assessment we do have to limit the number of wheelchair users during any one session and risk assessments are carried out regulalrly with regard to this.
