We can accept children and young people from their 2nd birthday until their 26th birthday.
We welcome children from across the whole of the Bradford Metropolitan District and young people out of authority. We operate an open referral system and work with a very broad spectrum of disabilities and complex needs. We have wide experience of autistic spectrum disorders.
In order to access a place, the carer and young person are invited to visit to discuss their individual needs. If after a visit to the setting all parties agree that SNOOP can meet their needs, then a place is allocated. After that, the choice is theirs. We are happy to work with any prefessional involved with the young person's care to ensure that their full needs are met.
